Throughout this course, I have learned that digital is not just computers and the way that we communicate, but also a culture shift that the world has never seen. learning more about the digitalization process has helped me appreciate the invisible choices and designs that we use every day to communicate and receive knowledge. it is also taught me more about the ethics of communication and media through the decisions made on the algorithms of social media. these blog entries have helped push me to have a deeper understanding of how digital and analog have shaped the world we live in today by not only moving only the digital but having a combination of digital and analog in our everyday lives. as we close out there semester and this course I have gained a clear sense of both the fragility and power that the digital systems give us as well as the benefits of using some analog systems have.
